I've waited long enough...

Before the trip, in the garage.

When M was a baby, I really wanted to take her for a ride in the bike trailer. I struggled with determining the safe starting age, and after much research, I decided that she would have her 1st ride on her first birthday. Well, as most parents are, I barely thought about the age to give A her first ride...just take her on her 1st bday too.

I missed it by a few days, but today M, A and I took a ride to Maze library and to the local grocer. A was typical A, unfazed by the whole experience. Seriously, she acted as if she was going on just another ride. Helmet, no problem. Straps, no problem. Bumpety bump bump, no problem. What an angel.

Oh, we also turned her car seat around, and of course she was unfazed. Wild!
